Update: Improve Internetconnection - reduces lags
Settings that improve the internet- connection in online gaming under Windows 7 very well:
a. open console (cmd - command), run as Administrator
b. the following settings helped very well to reduce the lags(during gaming) on Windows 7 - enter them into the opened console:

Update:
The settings above did not solve the lag problem totally. But I find another great solution that reduces the lags completely. Therefore you need to change a registry value! Importent: Save your registry before doing it! I have not figured out any problems on my machine doing it. Notice it is all on your own risk. I am not responsible for anything. It is only my intention to help guys with their lags during gaming!

- netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp

- Open regedit
- Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile
- change the value of NetworkThrottlingIndex to FFFFFFFF hexadecimal, default value is a;
- Reboot
